Mr. Zablotski spent more than a decade working in various positions, including as Title Examiner, Title Attorney, Senior Title Attorney, Title Counsel, State Title Counsel, National Title Services Counsel, and Commercial Title Counsel, for title insurance companies across multiple states, including the State of New York, District of Columbia, State of Maryland, and Commonwealth of Massachusetts. With the examination of 1,000+ commercial and residential titles, preparation of 1,000+ title reports, review of 5,000+ title documents, and closing of 1,500+ title insurance transactions under his belt, he became a founding Partner of Zablotski & Smyth LLP. Mr. Zablotski focuses his practice on commercial and residential real estate and title insurance matters.

Ms. Smyth trained as an Associate in the Corporate & Securities Department of an Am Law 100 law firm in Boston, MA and then practiced as a Senior Associate in the Corporate & Securities Department of a law firm in Washington, DC with a national practice and the oldest communications law practice in the nation. Having negotiated and closed 110+ M&A and related finance transactions as lead counsel, she returned to Western New York to become Counsel in the Corporate & Securities Department of an old Buffalo, NY law firm before becoming a founding Partner of Zablotski & Smyth LLP. Ms. Smyth focuses her practice on general corporate matters, M&A and finance transactions, and commercial real estate matters.
